Having Problems with Tickets? Read This.

Though we were excited this week to launch our redesigned homepage and new unlimited tickets system, we were dismayed to find that some of our users were not earning tickets during score submits as intended. But thanks to those of you who emailed in and helped us diagnose the problem, we know exactly what went wrong and worked to correct it as quickly as we could.

The fix will go live tomorrow (Saturday) morning. If you have experienced issues with earning tickets since our new site launched, please check back tomorrow and test if you are being awarded the correct number of tickets.
